Etihad call centres receive over 2.5 million calls every year with half from non-Arabic countries. To cope with the increased demand the company has added a new call centre in the UK.
Based at Manchester Airport this call centre needed window blinds in a hurry to provide glare and heat control to help create a comfortable environment for staff.
Pentel Contracts proven project management system ensured that the blinds were specified, manufactured and installed in record time to meet the client’s requirements.
